What can I say about this gym best in the Dudley area by far. Loads of weight loaded machines for back, shoulders, chest, arms and the leg machines are out of this world. Great atmosphere and feels like a gym not an industrial unit. You can ask the staff anything if you're not sure about any exercise and they always put you in the right direction. There's protein shakes and supplements galore available, you name it they got it.
